A little help, when you need it.
Contact Ryan at LzyLabs for questions about Numavie.
Tell us what happened
Include your device model, operating-system version, Numavie version, chosen app language and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help if you first remove personal information. We do not need your birth date, journal, passwords or complete backup file to investigate a typical issue.
Numavie is being prepared for release. Purchases and advertising are not enabled in the current prelaunch app.
Common questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No Numavie account is required. Core calculations, bundled lessons and your journal work offline. Limited app settings and integrity checks use online services; optional analytics and crash reporting can be managed in Settings.
Where is my journal?
On your device. Numavie does not provide an account-based cloud copy. To move entries to another device, export a backup from Settings → Your data, keep the file privately, then import it on the new device. A backup is a readable JSON file containing personal information.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual journal entries or use the erase option in Settings → Your data. Read the confirmation first. Exported files and images you shared are separate copies, so remove those wherever you stored or sent them. For information sent to support or held by online providers, contact hi@lzylabs.com.
Why does another calculator give a different number?
Numerology methods can reduce a birth date differently or handle master numbers 11, 22 and 33 differently. Open “See how this is calculated” in Numavie to follow the method used for your result.
Does Numavie predict events or give health advice?
No. Its interpretations are for reflection and entertainment. Use professional advice for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other important decisions.
Your privacy and choices
Read the privacy policy for the data the app and this website handle, and the terms of use for the current service. Optional usage analytics and crash reporting start disabled and can be changed separately in Settings.
